

Hourly Rate​
$5 per item per hour, capped at our Day Rates.

Day Rates
Per item per day (ie until our closing time), depends on size. We will confirm size/s at drop off.​

$12 Small / Loose: up to <100cm total (eg shopping bag, tote bag)
$15 Regular: up to <150cm total (most people's bags are in this range, carry on size)
$20 XLarge / Other e.g. sports equipment, musical instruments (big backpacks, and full size suitcases)

If you do not collect by closing time, additional overnight and day charges will be incurred until you collect. Remember that we are currently closed on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Overnight Rates
Items stored between closing time and opening on our next day incur additional charges equivalent to relevant day rate per item.

Terms for Storage

By leaving your items, you have accepted these terms.

There is no after-hours contact.

If you do not return by closing time to collect your bags:

Your bags will be stored overnight at an additional day rate charge, for pick up by 930am on the next day that we are open. Currently, we are closed on Tuesday and Wednesday.

After 930am, you will incur relevant additional charges, and then at 930am each day until you collect.

If in a highly unusual situation, we do wait (up to one hour) after closing time for you to collect, you will incur an additional $20 charge per item or $50, whichever is greater. This is completely at our discretion and subject to our availability. It should not be relied upon and you must call us before closing time to confirm if we are available. The default situation is that your bags will be stored until our next open day.

Hourly rates are per hour or part thereof. The start time will be on your ticket when booked. Hourly rates are capped at our day rates for relevant size/s. By request, these can be confirmed at drop-off.

All of our rates are as per our website on the day of booking.

There is no refund for collecting bags earlier than originally booked.

Allow at least 10 minutes to collect your bags before you have a train etc. We are not responsible for delays due to serving other customers or our team being on a mandatory break. On request, we can confirm any expected break of more than 10 mins at drop-off.

We do not accept the storage of goods that at our sole discretion are considered hazardous, or unsuitable.

We take all care but no responsibility for your valuables. Your items are secure and there is always an attendant during opening hours. Security is in place after hours.

We may ask for photo ID. Same-day contact information is required for all storage.

If you do not collect your items within 7 calendar days, and we cannot contact you to agree to an extension, your items will be disposed of / donated to charity.

Full payment must be received before we release your items, including any penalty rates.

There are no exceptions. You are responsible for collecting your items. Things happen. Be prepared.

Security cameras are installed at our shop.

We have zero tolerance for rude or aggressive behaviour. We will call the police if necessary.
