Terms for Storage​

• There is no after hours contact.

• If you do not return by closing time to collect your bags, your bags will be stored overnight at an additional charge.

• You will be charged at the start of each additional day.

• Allow approx. 15 minutes to collect your bags before you have a train etc. We are not responsible for delays due to serving other customers.

• There are no exceptions. You are responsible for collecting your items. Things happen. Be prepared.

• We do not accept storage of goods that at our sole discretion are considered as hazardous, or unsuitable.

• Blue Mountains Bag Storage (BMBS) take all care but no responsibility for your valuables. Your items are secure and there is always an attendant during opening hours. Security is in place after hours.

• Photo ID and same day contact information is required for all storage.

• If you do not collect your items within 7 days, and we cannot contact you to agree an extension, your items will be disposed of / donated to charity.

• Full payment must be received before we release your items.

• Security cameras are recording at this location.

• We have zero tolerance for rude or aggressive behaviour. We will call the police if necessary.​
